Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of work experience with a B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering or
- At least 10 years of work experience with a postgraduate degree. A Master’s Degree in Project Management is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership-level experience in construction and real estate management is preferred.
- Proficiency in Aided Design Software like Revit, Archicad, Vico Control, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong skills in preparing technical reports, program documents, and presentations.
- Practical communication skills with fluency in both Bengali and English.
